Wonderful breakfast and this sweet little spot in NRH. I loved my avocado toast and my hubby enjoyed the omelette. Deede was a sweet waitress.
Dee Dee Schark Was my server and she has to be one of the best servers I’ve ever had. The food was very fresh. You can tell it’s top-quality and it was prepared. Awesome very clean atmosphere quiet and very good coffee. I would recommend this to anyone and their homeschool lunches rock.
Dee-dee was our waitress and she was amazing! She was very attentive and got us everything we needed in a timely manner. We will definitely be coming back! The food was incredible as always :) The manager also makes sure to stop by our table and check on/greet us every visit. You don’t see that at many restaurants…great experience overall!
This berry crepes hit the spot!! Coffee wad good and fresh. Biscuits and gravy was awesome as well! Biscuits was very soft
Exceptionally DELICIOUS!!! Home cooking at its finest… from Breakfast…Lunch and even Heartier meals… You can find it here. We have dined here for many occasions and enjoyed many things off the menu!! The beans and cornbread are one of my favorites!! The Hamburger Steak with mashed potatoes and “fancy” delicious green beans is another one of my staple favorites!!! My daughter is hooked on the chicken salad plate with cottage cheese and fresh fruit and slices of fresh tomatoes!!! Need a healthier option you can always have a grilled chicken salad or add veggies with that grilled chicken!!! All fresh and delicious!!! And do NOT FORGET to order a piece of their home made pies!!!!! We will continue to support this incredible home town favorite place in NRH TEXAS!!!!!

Great food and great service, perfect brunch stop. It's a little loud at peak times but that's to be expected for a popular spot. Waitress was super friendly and helpful with recommendations. I would come back for the Cinnamon Pancakes alone. They're crispy and cinnamon-y and taste like a funnel cake. Did not have to wait for a 2 person table, but there were larger groups waiting outside when we got here.
Our first experience was absolutely incredible. They got us in as quickly as possible, and the amount of food we received made it well worth the money. Andrea and the staff made us feel like family with their warm, welcoming, and attentive service. We’ll definitely be back!

It was our first time coming to Boulevard Cafe and I have to say it was absolutely amazing and such a gem! These were hands down the best pancakes I’ve ever had! Perfectly fluffy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. You can truly tell everything is made with care! Our server DeeDee made the experience even better! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from start to finish! Her service was top-notch and really elevated the entire meal!!! :) Between the amazing food and outstanding service, this place exceeded all expectations. I will definitely be coming back and recommending Boulevard Cafe to everyone I know!
